Today my multiroom connection conked off. within 2 hours of raising a complaint they replaced my SD Multi room box with an HD box - for free - since I am using Tata Sky for over 10 years - these small gestures of Tata Sky are lovely

Yup HD Access/pack is free for first month.i Didnt activated anything extra...HD pack will be activated based ur Base pack i think.From 2nd month it will be costed as usual.
