The satellite launched along with Gsat 24 that is Measat 3D already is in permanent orbit 91.5 deg .But don’t know why Gsat is long away from its planned orbit 83 deg E

because Gsat 24 inclination is 6°E whereas Measat 3D was Just required inclination of 2.5°E . Don't worry by this week end Gsat 24 will be in its original orbit :)

Boss, I think the mission is failed because it is almost 1 month of its launch but still it is far behind on its orbit. Whereas Measat 3D already in its orbit quite ago.

NSIL press release says that the satellite is already placed in its final geostationary orbit .The Iive tracking shows the satellite is now at 93.6deg E near to Gsat 17.So is Tataplay Play is relocating to this location?

So why it is getting so late to start testing?

Satellite testing is not an easy process.
You need to wait&watch Updates from Experts here. Don,t Assume anythink on a process like these..
