Thanks a lot, I will get a invoice from eBay. My plan is dhamaka with dhamaal mix hd access fee. But my balance is 192.37 valid till 07 Dec 17. What will be my DBR?

Here he mentions his current account balance is 192.37. He's using Dhamaka 199 rs pack which have the dbr rate of 6.63 rs. Today's dbr rate has been deducted from his account i.e.
199-6.63=192.37 rs. So it's a paid pack for him. Dhamal mix HD access is free for him. Hope you understand at least this time...

Sorry I don't get you. Technician will visit after you book the connection. Yes recording port is there but i don't know whether it is free
