I think you are using HD 1111 black box. You have to call cc and get a technician to update it for you.

HD ATOM DW ID 18.rar - Google Drive (use pc or desktop view in mobile to download file)

1, Download the above software and save it on a pen drive (it is a rar file extract it ,you will get videocon folder copy it to pendrive)

2, Insert the pen drive on the USB slot on the box(cancel if it show to format drive)

3, Now press the reset button for 15 seconds, then software will start to update from pen drive

Download id 28 is released so dont install this....

Hi,

I Have D2H STB 2222
In This STB i'm getting "NO SOUND" Error (Getting Sound Only One Channle DD National Ch No.149)
I Have Tried for Software Update Through OTA and USB Also But Not Success.
At Update Screen Every Time getting Error Code "0x80030038"

Please Do Helpful in This Matter.
