Hd Telecast makes a lot of difference for Sport and Movies.But Tatasky has a very few HD channels in these categories. The reason that they have no enough space in TPs may not be correct and some thing else like COST may also be one of the reasons. Other wise for the channels which telecast Serials/Sop operas with too many closeup shots doesn't make much difference whether it is SD or HD unlike Movie/Sports Channels.
If we peruse the addition of Hd channels in Tatasky during the past 12 months we wonder about their marketing strategies. They failed to understand the target group ( HD Lovers) and losing the market share to Videocon D2h. At least now let them asses the HD clients preferences.
