Seems like ADTV is doing this on purpose, they want users to get fed up waiting and manually subscribe to each channels manually.

By removing Zee Cafe SD and CI SD from my account, I could have pushed the due date further. Though my account showing All 33 HD am still not getting these HD Channels, simply wasting money on DBR basis and not getting and benefit >(
