I have Hero HD box in which picture quality is not so good as Huawei box. Is the picture quality of technicolor HEVC box is better than Hero HD box? Plz reply...

Yes as @Vadirocks said, HEVC boxes are best though its from Technicolor or Flextronics. They are best...
Me to used many kinds of HD Boxes (Hero, Jabil Circuit, Technicolor, Huawei)

For new connections you can get easily...
For replacements you have to fight with customer care, nodal and engineer
