Hi friends iam using Videocon d2h HD 2244-IR stb I was using it with a TV tuner but I want to connect it to a VGA monitor 1600×900 @60hz using a HDMI to VGA cable for stb. Could you tell me how to do it and the hd resolution to set. Help me pls

Because HDMI will support high definition
But VGA will not

No idea about HDMI to VGA

So I suggest you to set resolution at 720p or else in auto mode

I was having a similar problem and got it fixed. I brought a HDMI to VGA convertor from eBay and connect the monitor to the d2h. Make sure to get the one that works as some model s are not compatible with d2h.

Yes you need HDMI to VGA box ,but it will cost you 6k , with audio out , with that price you can buy HDMI led tv
