Help STB problem

I have a STB Solid HDS2 9048.This was running ok but today morning I have facing problem.STB is being on and stb's own logo displayed but after this screen going black nothing menu display showing or any video.If any body can help me then please help me.

Switch off the STB and press & hold the power button for 2-3 minutes.
Otherwise need to reinstall system software.

I have tryed this method but not succes.I have already this model more .How to software upgrade with other stb if you know this method then help me please.
