How is Sun DTH after sale service/support, my cousin(in chennai) had a very bitter experience with them quite sometime back, finally threw away the unit to scap :angry and switched to TS.

Whats ur experience ?

If there customer service varies place to place to means not good.
At least their cc should answer for the customer problems and to be rectified in one or two day. But not this much upto six month his set top box has not been replaced. very worst.

@ Pradeep66 SUN DTH is working fine with me. Same the case with Great Kartik as he told in his previous post. May be you have some personal issues with them. Please don't post false news about SUN DTH. May be you don't like it but that does not mean you will force your opinion into others. Please mind it. I told you previously also, again I am telling.:angry:wall
