Yes bro. I haven't explored much in these areas, will leave it to Tatasky experts to answer this, as I don't have any experience in this regard both with Airtel and TS.

Yes Bro 1 Hour Delay VOD Is Available ON TS Web Version But Can't Know Airtel Have It Or Not I Think Internet TV & Mobile App VOD Service Available Not Surely Cause I Can't use ADTV

I don't have much knowledge about tamil chanels but in bengali channel count also dish tv is much inferior than D2H or TS.
For hindi regional language they have enough chanels. For people from North and West India,Dish TV is a very good option though.
