improving sd channels' quality

I am using ADTV with my 21.5 inch led tv but the PQ of sd channels is poor ,how can i improve it?

Change your picture settings & turn the noise reduction/digital clean view to high.
Airtel's SD PQ is good enough till 42 inches.
