Vineeth Sreenivasan starrer Aby will probably have the first 3D hoarding! The hoarding shows a 3D aeroplane in place of the one in the poster, whose propeller turns in the wind. The hoarding is right now placed in Vyttila, Kochi and it is not known whether there will be more of such in the State.
Aby is directed by Srikant Murali and written by Santhosh Echikkanam.Vineeth Sreenivasan plays the lead and titular character of Aby. Aju Varghese, Suraj Venjaramoodu play supporting characters.

Suraj Venjaramoodu Set To Turn The Lead Hero Yet Again.

National Award winner Suraj Venjaramoodu has donned the cap of a lead hero in good number of movies, in the past. Now, after a brief break, the actor is all set to do the lead character in one of the upcoming Malayalam movies.Reportedly, Suraj Venjaramoodu has been roped in by Akku Akbar for the director's next venture. Akku Akbar is the man who earlier gave us some popular films like Veruthe Oru Bharya, Bharya Athra Pora, Vellaripraavinte Changaathi etc.

Nothing much has been revealed about the genre of the movie. The details regarding the genre and the rest of the cast and crew of this upcoming film is expected to be out soon.

Of late, Suraj has been quite careful about his movie selection and hasn't done much lead hero movies after winning the National Award for the Best Actor for his performance in the movie Perariyathavar, directed by Dr Biju.The actor was most recently seen in Mohanlal starrer Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, in which he played a comical role. Suraj Venjaramoodu will also be seen doing important roles is upcoming movies like Aby, Peranbu, Alamara, Thondimuthalum Driksakshikalum etc.

Ezra Gets A UAE Release.

Ezra, the Prithviraj starring horror thriller has been receiving huge appreciations from both the audiences and critics. Now, the horror thriller has finally been released in the theatres all over UAE.

The movie, which is written and directed by newcomer Jay K, has been released in 5 screens in Dubai and Abu Dhabi each. Ezra has also been released in Fujairah and Ajman.

Reportedly, Ezra team is also planning to release the movie in other major foreign countries including the USA, UK, and Australia, by the next week. The release dates are expected to be announced soon.

The horror thriller which hit the theatres on February 10th, Friday has emerged as the biggest opener in lead actor Prithviraj's career. Ezra is expected to become the biggest solo hit in Prithvi's career.

Priya Anand, the popular actress has essayed the female lead opposite Prithviraj in the movie. Sudev Nair, the Kerala State award winner has appeared as the titular character Abraham Ezra.

Ezra Sets A New Record With The Rest Of India Release.

Ezra, the Prithviraj movie that hit the theatres on February 10, 2017 has already conquered the land of Kerala, with the film racing ahead at the box office with spectacular collection figures.Now, the film is well set to impress the audiences outside Kerala. Ezra, has finally released in the rest of India circuits, today (February 17, 2017).

It is a massive release for the film in other parts of the country. In fact, with such a big release, the movie has already set a record in the number of releasing centres in places outside Kerala.

Mammootty's Bhaskar The Rascal Goes To Bollywood.

Bhaskar The Rascal, the Mammootty movie that released in the year 2015, was one of the biggest hits of that year. The movie, directed by Siddique, had actress Nayanthara also in the lead role.According to the latest reports, director Siddique is all set to do the Bollywood remake of the movie. The director himself confirmed the news during a recent interview with Manorama Online.

Reportedly, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been selected by the director to reprise the role done by Mammootty, in the original version.

Actor Sanjay Dutt is also on a comeback trial and it would be interesting to see this talented actor in the shoes of Bhaskar. Nothing much has been revealed about the rest of the cast of the film. The film is expected to go on floors by the month of September.

Earlier, the Tamil remake of the Bhaskar The Rascal was announced. In the Tamil version, Arvind Swamy will be doing the lead role. The shoot of the Tamil version would commence in the month of March.

Bhaskar The Rascal had Mammootty in full-form and the movie was a real entertainer. Now, let us wait and see to know how the Hindi version and Tamil version of the movie would turn out to be.

Ezra Box Office 7 Days Collection: Enters The Top 5 First Week Grossers Of Mollywood.

Ezra, the horror-thriller that features Prithviraj in the lead role is still keeping the cash registers ringing. The film, which recently completed 1 week of its run in the theatres of Kerala, is all set to be one of the top grossers of this year.Earlier, the film had made a whopping collection of 8.53 Crores in its 3 days of run. Now, certain unconfirmed reports suggest that the movie has touched the 15 Crore mark within its 7 days of run in Kerala.

According to the reports, Ezra has made 15.02 Crores within the 7 days of its run. If the collection figures are to be believed, then the movie has entered the top 5 first weekend grossers of Mollywood.

Now, with 15 Crores to its credit, the movie is now the second best first week grosser in Mollywood breaking the collection record of Mohanlal's Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol.

Mammootty’s much awaited 'The Great Father' to hit the screens on March 30.

Mammootty's upcoming film, 'The Great Father' has been special for the audience in many ways. One of the most awaited movies of the year, the film is all set to hit the screens on March 30 as per the latest reports.

After the release of its motion poster, the film has kept the fans waiting for a while now, to see the actor in one of his most stylish avatars. According to the industry sources, the film will have a release in 150 centres. Dulquer Salmaan All Set To Play A Cop In His Next.

Dulquer Salmaan is all set to play the lead role in Salaam Bukhari's debut directorial venture. Reportedly, the film will be a mass-entertainer and here is an interesting update on the same.Certain rumours are doing the rounds that Dulquer Salmaan will be playing the role of a cop in this upcoming venture. Reportedly, he will be seen in the role of a sub-inspector in this yet-to-be-titled movie.

If it turns out to true, it would be for the first time that Dulquer Salmaan will be donning the Khaki avatar in a full-length role. Earlier in the film Vikramadithyan he had played the role of a youngster who turns out to be an IPS officer towards the end of the movie.

Dulquer Salmaan's Solo Is An Anthology Film.

Solo, the upcoming Dulquer Salmaan-Bejoy Nambiar movie is one of the most awaited Malayalam projects of 2017. Recently, the team revealed an interesting fact about Solo, which marks the Mollywood debut of Bejoy.

Reportedly, the Dulquer Salmaan movie is an anthology film which consists of five short films. Each movie will have different female leads, while Dulquer himself essays the lead role in all the five.

Ann Augustine, the State award winner and model turned actress Arthi Venkatesh essay the female leads in two of the short films. The team is yet to reveal the names of the other three actresses who pair up with Dulquer Salmaan.

The first schedule of Solo was recently completed at the locations of Kochi and Athirapally. The second schedule of the movie is all set to begin in Shimla in a few days. Dulquer Salmaan is expected to rejoin the shoot by next week.

Solo, is scripted by director Bejoy, who is a former associate of veteran film-maker Mani Ratnam. The movie, which is said to be a never-seen-before attempt in Malayalam cinema, has been made as a Malayalam-Tamil bilingual.
