yup... its true. We have all heard about insertion loss of a disecq switch, but never felt it.
But I have witnessed it today. :s
I m not getting exps 103e, using a disecq switch, signal of unlocked 45/10%, but as soon as I direct the connection, I got signals on 103e. :k
I ve tried changing the ports, still I dont get signals on 103e.
But there's no burning smell, and all ports are functioning well..... as I m getting other sats with disecq, like 36e, 52e etc.
But not getting 103e using disecq, may be its signals are week, and last 1 or 2 dbW are critical for its reception, which goes as insertion loss of a disecq switch !! :S
