My First DTH.. ADTV

Still am not able to add my DTH account to My airtel app.
Yesterday evening called to CC and they told me to wait for 2 hours and can be added.

But till now its not possible. When ever tried to add it shows "Account you are trying to add is non-airtel"

Any work around for this

It's actually 2/3 days.

What is On Demand REC 12M topup & SVOD Acquisition 1M topup

On recording topup its shown as May 2014, iTV July 2015, On Demand Nov 2015. Why it is shown like this?

Also Malayalam & Tamil Regional top-ups are shown as life-time validity. so even if i take a pack without regional add-on will i get this..?

also how do i recharge for 100 for first time recording?

Lst will there be any problem for keeping balance to ZERO.

Airtel kinda use month and year for versioning. A same package will have multiple versions. On demand TV top up is for Catch up Tv. Connect your Lan cable to your STB and watch On demand videos and catch up shows.

No itz get deactivated automatically .. If free topup's not available in package means ..

Not @ for all till free viewing period .. After that u have to recharge for channel viewing ..
