New to TATA SKY

I recently Purchased tata sky sd connection for my parents. I have some question about it.. hope get answered from you..

1) i have chosen base pack 220. I got around 60-70 channels. But setup box showing about 800 unavailable? hd channels.
It is really hard sometimes when you have to change channel by skipping those unavailable/Hd channels. Is there any way that i can only enable my pack channels.:wall

2) feeling some slowness in response time of setup-box. is there any issue? :u

slowness may be because urs having oldsoftware just do this to download new software to fix ur issue , Switch on ur setup box , when 'setup box starting ur please wait ' appear on your tv screen press back button twice and then press 2465 , thats it new software will start downloading

Welcome to TATA(SKY family.

1. There is no solution of your first problem. But you can do two things. First option is to Use Guide menu instead of channel change button on remote. And the second option is Set your channels as Favorite. Then you will get all your channels by pressing fav button on remote then one after another by pressing channel change button. But you can only set 50 channels as favorite from channel no 900.

2. A tiny delay to get picture on screen might occur during channel changing. Is it Technicolor MPEG 4 Box? If yes check your software version no. It should be 114.

my STB showing current version 113. I tried your method multiple times. At 'setup box starting ur please wait ' screen i pressed back button twice then press 2465. but every time got no effects and my tv start as normal mode. :angry

As advised by seniors do not try manual sw download multiple times this may harm your stb. Wait for auto update.

Do not try manual download of software :no:no:no. It may damage your box. You don't need to do anything, automatic update will update your box software whenever necessary.
