No signal

I am not getting proper signal on some channels like SUN HD, Discovery Tamil ,star sports 1, and some other regional channels.The screen shows no signal for 5 seconds before the channel is displayed and even after channel displayed the video stutters a bit. I called CC and they said technicians will visit me and asked me to pay rs.150. Is is it really necessary or can I fix it myself?

If u know do yourself, otherwise ask technician. No problem.
