Not able to listen commentary in Ten Sports

Since SA vs India cricket match i found problem not able to listen commentary then even in WWE shows not able to listen the commentary the ground sound is coming and is look like that i m sitting in the ground itself first i ignore but this problem persists so long is there is a problem with Ten Sports or with Dishtv why there not doing any thing on it.
