Sad News Only FTA working rest are not working

After selecting package. None of the channels other than the FTA channels are working.
Customerecare is not aware when it's going to be launched and now I can not jump back to my old package and have to stick to the FTA channels in Till the rest of the channels I requested is processed and it's been more than 2 days.

For my only Zee hd working and they updated my plan to 173 rs. Per month..Strange

You should all contact the Nodal Officer at Videocon DTH if they have any Nodal Support.

All phone lines including nodal officers' are down and they're on the way to loose old customers by doing such crap

I only support Jio in two things.

1. Broadband
2. DTH.
3. Mobile (Its already done so no point to support them).

Wait for Jio to come and I'll be one of those who will shift to Jio for DTH. It will be cheaper.

In upcoming days OTT platforms like yupptv,nextgtv,zengatv,zee5,hotstar etc are take major share if tv brodcaster nt reduce their channels prices (a la carte ).
