Picture clarity compared to ADTV/Tatasky

Hi,
I am purchasing a new connection and now considering dish tv, can you please answer these qns?

When will dish move to mpeg4?
How good or bad is HD/SD channel picture clarity compared to ADTV/Tata?
Heard that in june/july ADTV will get new satelite and will add many new hd channels. Is it true?
Is there any transponder space issues for dish TV?

For Maximum SD Channels which are on NSS6/SES8 They are using MPEG2 DVB S for few SD Channels which are also on NSS6/SES8 they are using MPEG4 DVBS and for HD Channels and few SD Channels which are on AsiaSat5 they are using MPEG4 DVBS2
