Based on the sample calculation on the Hathway website, I feel it is much worse than the current system. We will have to take lesser channels for same or more cost. Also we are forced to take 25 useless DD channels.

It is forcing broadcasters to shut down good channels like D Sports HD and Sony Rox HD didn't deserve to shut down. I am pretty sure in coming months Sony will shut down their fta channels as their main channels survives on re-runs.

We will close this thread and poll for now, Once the SC verdict is out on the 15 percent rule, we shall reopen. It's not fair to vote based on current rules, as it's not what TRAI wanted to implement.
