This trai rule is stupidity rule... Implementing useless system not in public active but also in tv channels .... They are saying 100 fra are must and should be chosen but it is waste of cost old packages and rules are only good..... I think so many house hold will dis continue the cable service.....

Rule itself isn't the issue. It's just that TRAI didn't put in enough thought and effort behind it. Broadcasters like Star, Zee and Sun are clearly charging high Mrp on individual channels and forcing people to get their bouquets in which most channels will be of no use for most people. Unless A-la-Carte prices reduce this rule will be a failure and i can assure you 90% or more will end up paying more than what they're paying now.
