That's a Sippy Films (Ramesh Sippy production) film So Shaan and other Sippy Films (Except Sholay, Dum Maaro Dum) may move to Sony.

All Sippy Films rights (pre 2000) currently with NH Studioz. So I Think some films like Hameshaa, Zamana Deewana etc will move. Rest all I think will move when agreement with Disney-Star will end
