I think Pagglait should have been with a satellite channel . It's a family movie with a good message.

I Had Heard That Pagglait Had Similarities With Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi Which Had Its WTP On Star Gold On 23rd April But Hasn't Been Aired Even Once After That. So Soon It Will Become An SGS Exclusive

Thugs Of Hindostan is not the reason. If Sony managed their library well then even YRF would have been adjusting in waving off losses for same. Forget about new films, even before TOH Sony did not give correct airtime to many YRF films. After Hrs or early morning hrs is not right for good films. No one said commit insane amount but atleast commit decent airing. So many nice films just forgotten bcoz of this, anyways these will get new life on star/disney . Wait n Watch as exciting times ahead

Bro actually TOH deal was the main reason as Yrf demanded for a huge 80 crs for satellite rights whereas Sony said for max 50 crs. Although Sony bought it for about 65 crs but when the movie failed miserably both on Theatre and satellite, sony refused to buy any other yrf movie. Then yrf approached star for their movies. I think Sony did manage well. I remember they always showed yrf logo on posters of yrf movies on their television runs . Plus they used to mention about the silver jubilee of movies like DDLJ . They used to air good yrf movies on Sony Max 2 as well

Not that similar , the plot was same but storyline was a bit different. I think Zee might go for it as produced by Balaji Motion Pictures

It Is On Repetitive Mode So I Think It May Move To Viacom/Star

Eg: Last Year When Yevadu Was Repeated Very Much On Sony, It Moved To Viacom

Last Year Balaji Motion Pictures' Shootout Series, OUATIMD Moved To Star So Even Star Can Buy It But I Don't Think They Will Buy It Bcoz They Already Have Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi Similar To Pagglait And Netflix Movies Aren't Picked Much By Any Other Network Than Sony

But we don’t know right whether it was the economics or airtime which led to yrf Sony deal ending?
So unless we are aware of the facts , how can we make such a big claim and think what we say is the only truth and everything else false.

I don't think Disney-foxstar acquired entire YRF library if they could have acquired should be aired 3 to 4 films in a week anyways let's see what's happens next week..
