Jio studios which are directly premiering on jiocinema are going to colors cineplex

And Dubbing Movies Premier In Jio cinema also gone To Colors Cineplex..

1stly even when rights of Sony Pictures / Columbia Pictures movies are acquired by TV Channels of Sony then it is not free as some may be believing so and 2ndly it is quite normal for rights to shift from one broadcaster to another at regular intervals

Now every sony subsidiary is under sony corp, no one is acting independently. Even zee merger is cancelled by sony japan because they don't want any shady things in merged entity. No buddy , TV Channels of Sony or any other broadcaster whose parent company has a film production company too, they have to buy rights of movies be it their Indian Movie Production Studio or International Studio ...... Movie output agreements are signed between two companies even if they belong to same parent company....

No that's not, you can argue all day, even star don't have to pay for disney movies because star india is included in disney earnings. Now the situation is same with sony pictures india

To make extra money by selling rights, this is always sony's strategy, even if you look at ott, sony made shows for every ott even for disney plus. Sony had deal with zee previously, even hbo premiered movies from Sony. It's nothing new.
