Spiderman 3 hindi dubbed rights moved to Sony.
It is Airing tommorw at 10:45 am on Sony Max HD
Looks like now Sony getting into some agreement with Sony pictures International movies (Columbia pictures)(which earlier they didn't had)
Firstly for movies like Jumanji (2017), Venom, Men In Black international now spiderman 3.
Now maybe after sometime even the bollywood movies which are produced by Sony Pictures International like Padman, 102 not out also may move to Sony network after sometime
