Software Version 1.00 of ZENEGA STB.

My relative is using ZENEGA 1002S STB of Dish TV as FTA . This have the Old Version 1.00 SW. AFAIK this the 1st SW from Dish TV for ZENEGA STB. This SW is not upgrading OTA or Mannually . Only way to Upgrade is by Force ie: STB to STB only. this vesrion have issues of OTA upgradation. This SW is compatible only for Conax Encryption. SW V1.00 have all features of an Ordinary MPEG2 FTA Reciever. I was a subscriber of Dish TV from Feb 2004 itself and had this STB and SW. I had used the STB as FTA few times . now i have no Dish TV connection.

Very informative post with pics Mr.Bhat :tup , yes this was the first software of Dish TV. It can run FTA as well. I saw it in our local cable wala's control room in 2006. :lol
