Why only Tamil sports channel??? :angry:
Why not for other region like Bangla, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam?
If they shelved the planning for SS1 Kannada for SS3, it's clearly indicates that they have no mood to launch separate sports channel for various regions, at least for now.

I am Bengali, but I don't want Star Sports Bangla. Different Audio feed on Same Channel is best Idea. And for Tamil Separate channel matter, Star got good TRP from Star Sports Tamil. Tamil/Telugu Market base is larger than Kannada, bangla, marathi etc. So nothing Wrong in it.

Star wasting their production costs with yet another channel. Secured BCCI rights but unable to stream or telecast Duleep Trophy or Vijay Hazare Trophy domestic league matches. Only for namesake televise finals. Unlike sky sports & Fox Sports Aus which has agreement from ECB & CA respectively to telecast some mandatory domestic games. But BCCI and Star didd't change their previous agremeent. So same sort of telecast for this season also, by accomodating U19 challenger trophy games & leaving out senoir tournaments.

I also don't want kannada sports
Only want language feeds on current channels
Launching new channels means increase in monthly charges and tp space wasting
Only for prematch show we want tamil separate channel is unfair
Instead of that they should show live telecast in vijay super

I'm from kerala. I am not expecting a Malayalam sports channel.Satisfied with parallel arrangements through Asianet Movies, Espn feed etc. But if a Malayalam sports channel(star sports Malayalam) come I will happily welcome it. Thats all....

Then its fair to keep Star Sports 1 and 2 and replacing Star Sports Hindi to Star Sports 4 and SS 4 HD. Why for a language sake we need SD and HD channel. Giving audio feed is far enough for regional viewers. Why wasting Tp space and Money for Hindi channel

Star sports hindi had more rating than English.
