Seeking Help Surrendering Tata Play HD connection

Hlo community. I have two Tata Play connection one HD and other Binge. I am satisfied with Binge box.I have ₹5300 in my HD connection which I don't use. So Can someone help me how can I surrender my Connection or Is there any better way to cancel connection?

U cannot able to cancel only u can sell with anyone

Yes you can cancel your connection contact CC tell them that you dont want use tataplay anymore insist them to take cancel request

Tataplay backend team will contact you regarding the cancellation.
But my suggestion is do consume your existing tataplay account balance then sell or donete to someone
