Bro I think new box still under warranty..so I think you can raise a complaint, technician visit charge should be free, explain them maybe they will fix it or replace with another boxWhen I set "Auto", I can feel the audio quality changes.and improved audio quality .And sound adjustment can be done only using TV remote. That means dolby digital is working right???
The unacceptable thing is, DD/ DD+ not showing up in EPG...!!!!
