I placed upgrade request for TATA PLAY+ HD STB On February 29 agent called on February 29 told STB is coming from Vishakapatnam it will be installed by 2 days till now their is no update. While chatting with CC on tataplay app they keep saying one thing their is no need to worry we are escalating your issue you will get call from field department but their is no call, today afternoon I mailed tataplay nodal officer I got call within 30 minutes he said you will get a callback from regional officer but their is no call what should I do now

Also I see based on specs ,power consumption is very high 48w whereas in binge+ it is 24w and in hd box 18w

Picture quality in hd is better then the binge plus but in Sd channels sharpness is a bit lower then the binge plus box

One more doubt does it supports 1080p 60hz or 1080p 50hz? In one of the screenshot I saw only 1080p and 1080i but no information of frequency rate

exactly, even older version of hd+ ( 2 tuner) is also high power consumption. this is because it has extra hardware called hard disk and extra motor which draws more power than regular hd/sd stb
