One more doubt does it supports 1080p 60hz or 1080p 50hz? In one of the screenshot I saw only 1080p and 1080i but no information of frequency rate

Will check and let you know in stb only shows 1080p but in tv frequency not checked though picture is smooth is 60hz

Looks like the technician is sakht launda (Strong Man - Tough Guy), and hence no impact on him.

This might be the worst idea or hard to do. Send your box and LNB to a known person (if any) who gets upgrades the next day in their locality. Once upgraded, get it from him and do the installation using a local technician.

or else, box swapping and upgrade : Get it from DDF friends who have more than 1 box upgraded and send your HD box and 799 to them, so that they can get it upgraded faster in their locality.. you might need to spend on couriers.
