Is he provided sealed pack box OR opened box. As in my case technician came with broken sealed box.

Bro main dealer contacted me at today's morning and activated box in office so box opened in office for activation purposes. ( already informed received from he about box unpacking)

It's not true if we place upgrade request we just need to pay the amount for the Stb

I have upgraded 2 times in 2020 SD to HD And in 2024 HD to +HD

I haven't got charged by a single penny extra

Finally upgrade installation done Today properly and the installation guy was calm and did everything smoothly according requirement.

I also offered juice to him because he did good work in high temp climate

Yesterday I placed transfer request for my 2 HD boxes & requested technician to visit today.
In evening Technician came.

1) Both HD PVR boxes were Sealed Pack.

2)799/- deducted from my account. No extra charges.

4) Technician took 4 things from me: old HD box, remote ,adaptor & LNB.
( He gave me 2 new HDMI cable but didn't took my old HDMI cable back)

5) Got used LNB both are same.

Yes bro total is 1598/- only. That's 799/- deducted from both accounts.

I have two dish aligned to Tata Play (1st antenna wire length is 30m+ & of 2nd is 10m) , signal quality 99% of time remains full in both Antennas.

Also in binge most of the time it remains at 100%.

Yes bro it’s the average signal level required.
