Its already a known fact that for any product you buy online offline, you should not accept opened box or broken seal products

He said that he has opened box because he had to update it's software in warehouse.

Yes, 200 each for 2 boxes.I had recorded call in which distributor asking to pay.i didn't get into argue with them as i believe TP service/nodal team will do needful.

My 2 HD boxes are also scheduled for upgrade today post afternoon. Though I have full faith on my area's technician but Let's see how I get the service.

Also you shouldn't have to pay anything to technician, you would have asked him to deduct the money from your Account only (if any).

Finally, problem is resolved. The Dish wasn't properly aligned to catch GSAT 24 signals and today our neighbour told me that 2 days ago, one hitman smashed a six and the ball collided with the Dish which caused to lose the signals. He aligned the Dish again and charged nothing. All is sorted out.
