Guys Got a big update Ts is migrating to new satellite its confirmed by the Team now but their is twist. New software which recently all got of Ver.303 was for the new satellite change only. But they saying new satellite as Gsat 10 H Tps not saying Gsat 31 Currently I'm discussing with the CC head on Id attaching all SS soon .

So will that issue be fixed bro ?. Its really bad i cant watch channels on those insat TPs even in light rains

Those who have proper alignment will have this issues now . But as per him Ts technician will visit those who not getting signal n update a new software for the new satellite .

Thats what. My dish is properly aligned. So will the technician visit be free of cost ? also how to complain as i do get signals but its quite low

No it'll charged 150 for you . Those not getting this new Software update a technician will visit to them n update new software n make changes according to the new satellite . Only this will be free. As you already got ver.303 so it'll be chargeable .
