Seeking Help Tccl chennai hd channel availability

From last week only few hd channels were available in tccl chennai madhavaram.Remaining channels we are getting only that "contact your cable operator for subscription of this channel" page. Any other area people receiving all the hd channels? Please note that my cable operator was not reachable.
