Seems now VK Digital has max control of Chennai, next is SCV and third could be TCCL. Since we now have no choice to select an MSO, the MSO that serves most of Chennai could win the race.

Arasu has received 3 month extension for Analogue cut off across TN and move to DAS. Mostly we can see  changes within 3 - 6 months.

3 - 6 months can be years  hya lets wait...

Arasu who got DAS license just recently might seek more time and might move to DAS slowly but the other MSO's who already have DAS license since long may not have any valid reasons to stay analogue any longer. Within 3 or 6 months they have to go DAS else MIB might take action.
