TRAI action & D2H reaction for my email

Guys,

I sent one email to Videocon D2H on 29-Dec for channel addition for the eve of new year. But I didn't get any reply from them. I kept on sending emails to them till 8-Jan. Finally on 07-Jan I escalated this to TRAI.

But there were no reply from TRAI or D2H still. Then I tried changing the subject in the same email chain and finally they replied on 12-Jan.

Suddenly on 21-Jan I received an letter from Videocon D2H. Here I am attaching the letter.

The replies that they mentioned 12-Jan is again a standard reply. But the replies on 19-Dec and 23-Dec are for different emails. So, I am again going to send TRAI and D2H further emails on this.
