every broadcasters MUST NEED to release their revised prices on 15th January, and provide the pricing infos to DPOs by 31st January, and Customers need to subscribe new plans from 1st February to 29th February, which will be effective from 1st march.

Yes but i think NTO price will be same as RIO. Not different. Otherwise they have to make another RIO for New NTO price before completing the year.

the RIO broadcasters has released this past week most probably they already planned to do that since last few months.
Now they're working day/night to find another way to make new plans by next week.

It can't be same. The newly released RIO do not comply with the amendments put forth by TRAI. It has to be changed. They released it because it has to be released. Also they would be optimistic to postpone the enforcement of new amendments through court orders and continue this RIO.

But if the new amendments are implemented as planned then this RIO will be void. It has to be and it will be changed.

That is what going to happen. IBF are preparing for take legal action. So this RIO is going to stay for some months....

Supreme Court already said TRAI has all power to do whatever it wants with bouquet discounts.
They will have to give out new prices by March.

Supreme Court upheld the NTO, but strikes down discount rate (15% on that date) given by TRAI for boutiques.

NO SC didnt strike down discount. Madras HC struck down. Trai went SC where SC said Trai arguments are valid for bouquet discount regulation. So, this new amendment.

Supreme Court said TRAI shouldn't ask it what to do with bouquet discounts since it comes under their jurisdiction.

No. Trai withdrew that case from supreme court so broadcasters can give discounts without any restriction..
