Without 15% cap, Trai Tarrif order is toothless and expensive exercise. I&B ministry must stop this. Otherwise this will become another headache for NDA in general elections. Already there are many issues to counter.

Because of the astronomical prices of Star, Zee and Sun bouquets, the new regime is way too costly!! Sony has done much better job in terms of grouping as well as pricing. There wouldn't have been this much increase in monthly prices if these 3 broadcasters set reasonable prices at least for their bouquets. If you take Star, where are the genre wise bouquets?

They will have to eventually provide genre based bouquets, already 2 DTH providers are not providing star bouquets bcz of large size. Otherwise they will lose advertisement revenue.

Madras high court. If TRAI bring 15% now then TRAI chief will face contempt of court and may be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months

to those who saying 130 is a max cap limit, how vijay tv being misleading public 130 is for mandatory?
