Nobody is barking, they are saying the truth, Many cable opeators are taking less than 130 NCF. Example is threre in our DDF.

Its TRAI's Fault along with 100 Channels at Rs. 130 limit they should have added Per Channel NCF limit to avoid all this confusion.
So, now all DPOs using the rule made NCF Rs.130 mandatory to all even if customer watches 1 or 2 channels.

they should not make dd channels compulsary, remove ncf + taxes and for every 25 channels extra 20rs...then only all will be happy...

Ncf should be ₹1 per SD and₹2 per HD channel. DD channels which are given compulsory should be NCF free. Why TRAI says an average user watches or flips only 15-20 channels but charges NCF for 100 channels?
