Can we expect Star Sports 1/HD & Star Spurts 1 Hindi/HD made available outside bundle with higher a-la-carte price
We can assume a lot of things, but no one can say surely. Everything would be clear on or before 1st Jan'19.

These bouquets are on higher side.

For Example -
1. STAR Telugu HD Premium Bouquet = Rs.120
2. Sony Big HD Bouquet = Rs.116
3. ZEEL Telugu HD Bouquet = Rs.105

See, the cost to watch all HD channels from the above 3 networks only has become Rs.341

If we want all hd channels from other networks means the price goes beyond Rs.600pm. (Calculated from each network listed HD Bouquet Price)

The Current ADTV Topup provides 74HD Channels for Rs.225pm

Now, are the customers really benefitted from TRAI's order??

This will hurt Airtel Customers.

Do not worry no player can afford to lose customers..In times of OTT, they have to offer feeds at very affordable price!! They themselves will have to find ways to offer us content at competitive rates!!

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has requested the Union broadcasting industry to allot '999' channel across all TV viewing platforms, including DTH (direct to home) and cable, for offering viewing-related information to consumers.
