Why would people opt for upgrading to HD when we all know Airtel sucks big time in HD channels addition.

Pathetic Customer care. Arranged a call back for the same. Unfortunately i dint get any call.. They dont have any idea about the same. I tried twice on yesterday. Today I am going to give it a finally try..
