Seeking Help Volume key in TS HD remote sometimes changes chanel

Facing this strange issue for last couple of months. Sometimes when I am pressing volume keys on TS remote, the chanel is getting changed. Anyone have faced this issue before?

Mine is Technicolor cardless one. This is really annoying.

Most probably a bug in the os. That is not able to decrypt the key frequencies. Hope it will get fixed in next update.

Yes I also faced problem, now I paired my TS remote with TV. So no problem.
