Weak Signal 10990 TP

For last 2/3 days, I am getting low signal on 10990 TP, say highest QUALITY 31% only, But Intensity 99%

Other FD TP good signal like 78%

Hallo! All.
I have successfully installed 30nos 6ft C band dish. All are worked well.
One dish, I have problem. The signal getting good for a second and next second no signal appeared continually.
What’s the problem? Receiver is solid 9030 Full HD. I have used inline amplifier 20db for getting strong signal but no result found.
What to do to getting strong signal constantly.
