Discussion Why does this rainbow with a striped circle shows before programmes/advertisements???

It's filler to represent as break is over now program will start. As, most of channel using this don't have timer to represent that.

Why Sri Lanka also use India's rainbow graphic filler?

DD Sahyadri used to show this but now, it doesn't show anymore.

No one actually knows what this is. So it's not their fault. This is a relatively familiar graphic. But it's not that interesting to peak anyone's interest.
