Why Tata Sky HD channels are so expensive?

Tata Sky charges HD Access Fee on top of the base pack and you can only watch the channels related to your pack. So if I want to watch English HD channels then I have to pay 560 pm for Ultra Pack and 175 pm for HD Access Fee which makes up 735 pm. Which is approximately 25 Rs. per day. Even if I only want to watch HD channels I don't have any other option. The Make My Pack is too expensive for individual channels. Any suggestions and alternatives would help me.

Tata sky is premium but they have to keep customers on top, even D2H has removed HD Access Fees, Tata sky is the only one who is not following TRAI rules in favour of their profit, in future they have to bend otherwise they will lose their customers.
