The three-year deal signed between Eurosport India and Dorna, the commercial rights holder of MotoGP, marks a milestone in bringing top-class motorcycle racing to Indian screens. The announcement comes amidst great anticipation from fans who have long awaited the return of MotoGP to Eurosport India, following its initial success from 2020 to 2022.

Anurag Singh Thakur, Union Minister of Information and Broadcast and Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, expressed his delight at Eurosport’s partnership with MotoGP, stating, “This collaboration between Eurosport and MotoGP is not just about bringing the world’s premier motorcycle racing to our screens; it’s a testament to the growing appetite for international sports in Bharat.”

Daniel Rossomondo, Chief Commercial Officer of Dorna Sports, echoed the minister’s sentiments, highlighting Eurosport’s status as a premier sports destination and a hub of motorsport in India. He expressed his excitement for the upcoming season and the opportunity to showcase MotoGP to fans across the region.

Arjun Nowhar, General Manager of South Asia at Warner Bros. Discovery, shared his delight at the return of MotoGP to Indian screens, emphasizing Eurosport India’s commitment to providing the best viewing experience for sports fans. He also teased the upcoming MotoGP Bharat race, promising fans an unforgettable experience.

Pushkar Nath Srivastava, CEO of Fairstreet Sports, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership between Eurosport and MotoGP, highlighting the collaboration’s potential to expand the reach of the sport to existing and new fans alike.
