Tata Sky Users now will be able to optimize Packs to Reduce Monthly Charge

The operator has added Pack Optimization option to suggest better packs which offer more channels at a lower cost to its users.

India’s Largest and DTH Operator Tata Sky has just enabled a new necessary feature to become more pocket-friendly to its subscribers.

The operator has added Pack Optimization option to suggest better packs which offer more channels at a lower cost to its users. Although TRAI has a web-based channel section application but Tata Sky became one of the first operators to launch this feature natively in its website and app.

How To Optimize my selected channels?

1. Logon to mytatasky.com or Tata Sky Mobile app.

2. Choose ‘Manage Packs’

3. After clicking on ‘Modify Pack’, Select the channels and packs you want to watch

4. Proceed and Press ‘Optimize’ button

5. Tata Sky will show how many extra channels you will get and how much you will save by confirming the Optimized pack.

After the New Tariff Order (NTO) many reports have suggested that TV bills have raised and people are watching less TV these days due to higher prices.

On Contrary to this Tata Sky have emerged as the best DTH operator in NTO era, it has won people’s heart and recorded the highest growth in its subscriber base in the past few months.

Aggressive Set Top Box pricing, tempting Referral program and probably best after-sales services coupled with such helpful feature additions are further expected to strengthen Tata Sky’s top position in the Indian DTH market.
