Direct to Home (DTH) operator Tata Sky is all set to revise the LCN of another 5 channels shortly after it will be rejigging the LCNs of the English Entertainment genre along with Aaj Tak Tez that will see 11 channels move up to higher LCNs to make space. The second round of LCN rejigging will mainly include Star Sports regional channels apart from Seithigal TV.
Tata Sky will revise the LCNs of Star Sports 1 Bangla, Star Sports 1 Telugu, Star Sports 1 Tamil, Star Sports 1 Kannada, and Seithigal TV from 4th September 00:00 hours.
Star Sports 1 Bangla will move from LCN 1323 to LCN 1350, Star Sports 1 Telugu will move from LCN 1421 to LCN 1446, Star Sports 1 Tamil will move from LCN 1516 to LCN 1551, Seithigal TV will move from LCN 1551 to LCN 1563, and Star Sports 1 Kannada will move from LCN 1638 to LCN 1645.
All the five channels are being allocated demoted LCNs with regional sports channels being moved towards the ending slots in the respective regional genres.
The LCN change will happen 48 hours after Tata Sky is scheduled to change the LCN of Star World HD, Star World, Star World Premiere HD, Zee Cafe HD, Zee Cafe, Colors Infinity HD, Colors Infinity, Comedy Central HD, Comedy Central, Disney International HD, and Aaj Tek Tez.
